Ka-Ku and Ink Mazeru Swatches

The stationery boutique Ka-Ku develops a wide array of beautyful inks. From themed or reagonal inks to some amazing collaborations and ink shades. Their name literally meaning ''to write'' expresses their passion and philosophy. KA-KU wants to create an experience around writing, taking notes and journaling.

properties: The inks are well behalved, have a nice flow and dry relatively quick in comparison to other brands. The series that we currently carry do not contain any shimmer inks. But we do have a wide variety of shading inks including some dual shading inks. Personal favorites are the Base Coat Green ( absolutely lovely shade of green) and the Mauve of the Trees, this one starts out as a muted gray and when it dries is truns a bright mauve color with accents of gray still lingering around (stunning if you ask me!)

Ka-Ku also produces the Mazeru series inks, which have a little less expression in them compared to the KA-KU series. But nonetheless do they have some amazing colors and shades within the series. Mazeru means ''To Mix'' and KA-KU highly recommends trying your hand at mixing your own shade and color.

The KA-KU fountain pen inks are available in a variety of colors, both sheening and shading.All bottles contain 18 ml of ink
