Shipping time

Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 2 working days. Delivery times depend heavily on local and international shipping companies. Therefore we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time-period. We strive to have shipments delivered as soon as possible.

Out of stock

Its possible that items go out of stock. Feel free to use the ‘’keep me updated’’ option on the item of interest. You’ll be updated as soon as possible when this item is back in stock.

Sale

Sales will be announced through email, but might also be spontaneous. Feel free to join the mailing list to be updated on new releases or sales.



Return policy

Our return policy follows the EU-guidelines. Where you can return your item within 14 days without any reasoning. Items must be unopened or unused to qualify for the general return policy. If the product was altered or shipped without the original packaging, no return is possible. Unfortunately we've received a few altered products in the past, so we like to stress this.

As per EU-guidelines, shipping costs are at the expense of the returner, while a full reembursement will be given once returned within 14 days.

Bulk orders

We strive to prevent scalping and bulk sales as much as possible. Therefore maximum order quantities on individual inks are limited to 2 per person. If you do want to purchase larger quantities, feel free to contact us. We can set up a large delivery is needed without leaving others without inks.

Offline

Due to us being a small shop, we try to plan everything as efficiently as possible, with
substitute employees and part-time workers. However, we too have some business meetings we have to attend, unforeseen events and holidays along the year. Its possible that we’re on holiday we try to keep you informed as much as possible if delays may occur due tot his.



Why don't you ship outside of the EU?

As a small business located within the EU it is easier to operate within the EU. This has to do with VAT, DDP and shipping structures. If the business grows, we are more than happy to explore other regions of the world. Sorry for the inconvenience.
