Teranishi is one of those Japanese brands which values aesthetics and presence as much as a beautifull color of fountain pen ink. We've swatched all 16 colors on Midori paper to give you an idea of how these colors behave in a fountain pen. As we all know, seeing something in person is always preferred, but we hope we can give you an insight in what to expect from the colors we have available. All swatches were made using a dip pen.

What we personally like about Teranishi is its diverse colors, from bold to subtle. one of our personal favorites is the Opera Rose and Emotional olive. Allthough subtle these colors feel very unique and difficult to categorize. While I'm not a big fan of Yellow, Emotional olive is green enough to not be yellow and yellow enough to not feel like a variation of green. Teranishi Opera Rose has pink and orange accents, apearing classy and timeless. Both of these colors are suitable for work, as they are less bright and bold compared to some other yellow and pink colors.
